Left: September 15 1929. So Jane is 2 and Dorothy is 4. Middle: undated. Right: It says 1-6-30, but it sure doesn't look like January in Connecticut.

A trip to Washington DC. Dated February 6, 1931. The picture with Uncle Rasmus and Taunta Gusta is undated. It seems to be during the trip. I wonder if Jane was wiggly. Taunta Gusta really has a grip on her!

Don't know where, and no elaboration on what, but it was February 15, 1031.

Left: February 15, 1931. Right: March 1, 1931

March 1, 1931. The Peterson family with Uncle Rasmus and Taunta Gusta.

March 20, 1931, Niagra Falls. It was the depth of the Great Depression but I guess they were doing OK- trips to DC, Geneseo, Buffalo...

Just for fun, this is what an album page looks like before processing. I don't know who the little boy is, but you can see it is March 31, 1931, Mohawk Trail, probably Vermont from the caption on the other picture. These are much better than average captions.

And that is the end of the second photo album. But I have a couple other things:

Mom sent me this picture and the next. This is Grandpa and the three girls, Dorothy, Jane and Martha. At this point it is the only childhood picture of Martha that I have. Taken May 22, 1932

Here is 111 Coleman Road, Wethersfield CT. This is the house I visited the whole time I was growing up and in fact after I was grown until Grandpa moved into a home shortly before he died. October of 1935. I don't know when they moved in.
